I come from a long line of Realtors. My mother, grandfather and uncles were all brokers. In my family, houses were always being previewed, bought and sold. My business is referral based-clients and friends refer me to their friends, families and neighbors. They know I am busy but never too busy for someone that they refer. I work full time, know the contracts, understand how to price your home, know how to write a professional, clean offer and can negotiate and get your transaction closed. I am a Certified Negotiator.
Before I started my Real Estate career I was an Emmy award winning television producer at King 5 TV (Evening Magazine) and KCTS TV (KCTS Connects). My husband is an architect and we have always looked at homes. We bought our 1914 Sunset Hill home in 1995 and raised our three children there. We have lived in Ballard for over 24 years.
